Art Director

Working under the supervision of a Creative Director, the Art Director is responsible for idea generation and artistic direction of communications projects.

Present creative concepts and provide artistic direction;
‍
Work together with a copywriter, strategists and account services;
‍
Provide artistic direction for photography, film, animation and digital applications;
‍
Present creative to clients;
‍
Develop new 360o creative approaches;
‍
Contribute, through a creative approach, to the clients creative product.

Ability to work on a team;

Creative vision and attention to detail that goes beyond established norms;
‍
World-class creative approach;
‍
Passionate about popular culture;
‍
Attuned to emerging trends.

4-6 years of relevant experience;
‍
Ability to come up with concepts and designs;
‍
Proficient in creative suite for Mac operating systems;
‍
Strong understanding of the creative process;
‍
Familiar with the production process of all relevant disciplines;
‍
Fluent in English, oral and written;
‍
Familiar with agency processes.

Senior Strategist

The Senior Strategist will be expected to work with and lead a multidisciplinary in-house team and other strategists to craft innovative, timely, and culturally relevant strategies, inspiring breakthroughs, and compelling creative work. Their role will be to make the most efficient collaborations with the team, catering to the needs of different businesses and clients.

Creates collaborative moments (brainstorming, workshops, jams), for stakeholders to align on strategic solutions, plans, and creative ideas;

Crafts strategic solutions, plans, and inspiring briefs beneficial for the client’s business;

Knows how to strategize digital platforms, websites, and software most efficiently for the client’s business;

Applies a suitable combination of business and brand strategy to drive value;

Identifies and maps key touch points and leverage points where brands and people should connect;

Conducts primary qualitative research and drives research design and insight development.

A proven track record of working collaboratively with creative teams and clients;

Accountable and motivated by a variety of problems to tackle with insights and solutions;

Excellent storytelling, workshop, and communication skills;

Analytical thinking;

Passion for research (capable of drafting project design and methodology for business, brand, and experience engagements).

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferably business, marketing, media, and communication, or cultural studies);

6 years+ experience in strategy (agency, innovation, design, consulting);

Portfolio with varied outputs;

Research proficiency and strong storytelling, workshop, and presentation skills are a must;

Multidisciplinary thinking: familiar with the principles of advertising, interactive design, environmental design and product design, digital, and CRM.

Group Account Director

The Group Account Director leads a wide range of organizational priorities around the success of client partnerships. The client relationships are built on trust with both the clients and the internal team. They must understand the clients’ business challenges and define their experiential and digital strategic direction in partnership with the Managing Director.
The Group Account Director role is critical to coordinating, prioritizing, and sequencing a multitude of work streams across various high-volume businesses/clients in partnership with the Program Management discipline. They will play a key role in developing solutions and tools that result in streamlining complex organizational needs into successful solutions for the ongoing operation at KaroKonnect.

Build and oversee a team consisting of Account Directors, Executives, Supervisors, and Coordinators and work very closely with the Creative team;

Developing and maintaining client relationships at the most senior level;

Balance projects running simultaneously and maintain a high-level understanding of status and developments across those projects;

Lead scoping, agency fees, and production budgets;

Manage and optimize top-line growth and oversee profitability across the accounts;

Help develop and implement the agency’s strategic and creative agenda for the client in collaboration with the leadership team (Client, Creative, Strategy, Operations);

Oversee all creative development and production processes in collaboration with all disciplines.

Mentoring and training skills;

Excellent multitasking and communication;

Critical thinking and passion for research.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 10 years of agency experience in a similar position;

Experience managing a team;

Experience leading and growing a large client portfolio / working with large clients;

Known to be an expert in a specific field or having in-depth knowledge and experience in account services;

Be able to establish a trust-based relationship with clients;

Business development vision, leadership, creativity.
